Leeds United manager Neil Warnock has called for the fan who attacked Sheffield Wednesday goalkeeper Chris Kirkland during Friday's match at Hillsborough to be jailed.
Kirkland was struck by the Leeds supporter following the away side's equaliser in the 1-1 draw.
"I feel embarassed today seeing that. That was an absolute disgrace, they should put the guy in prison," Warnock told Sky Sports News.
"I am not proud to be Leeds manager when I see things like that. It has been difficult for the referee, but there is no place for that on the field of play.
"I am very sorry for that, but I thought it was a great point. I felt all the fans were great except one moron."
Warnock has been criticised by his opposite number Dave Jones for applauding the Leeds supporters after the final whistle.
