Ipswich will be without at least six players for Saturday's Premier League clash with Leicester City at Portman Road.
Chiedozie Ogbene (Achilles) was forced off on a stretcher in the a 4-3 defeat at Brentford last weekend and has since undergone surgery. He will join Jacob Greaves (hamstring), Axel Tuanzebe (hand) and Jack Taylor in a packed treatment room.
Harry Clarke, who became just the second player in Premier League history to score an own goal, concede a penalty and get sent off in the same game last weekend, is suspended, while Omari Hutchinson (illness), Sam Morsy (hamstring), Ben Johnson (thigh) and Massimo Luongo (ankle) are all back in training and will be assessed ahead of kickoff.
Ipswich are light in the right-back department and Kieran McKenna may decide to hand Dara O'Shea a start on the right side of a four-man defence if Johnson is not deemed fit to start, with Luke Woolfenden potentially recalled to partner Cameron Burgess at centre-back.
Kalvin Phillips and Jens Cajuste are both set to continue in centre-midfield, unless either Morsy or Luongo are ready to be thrown straight back into the first XI, while either Jack Clarke or Wes Burns could start on the right flank in the absence of Ogbene.
George Hirst scored his first Premier League goal last weekend, but he could be replaced in the starting lineup by Liam Delap, who has five top-flight goals to his name this term, while Sammie Szmodics and Conor Chaplin will be hoping to retain their attacking positions in the first XI.
Ipswich Town possible starting lineup: Muric; O'Shea, Woolfenden, Burgess, Davis; Phillips, Cajuste; Burns, Chaplin, Szmodics; Delap
