The agent of Villarreal striker Guiseppe Rossi has revealed that his client would be interested in a move to Inter Milan.
The 25-year-old is currently recovering from a knee injury that he picked up in October 2011, but he is expected to return to action in January.
According to Goal.com, Rossi will depart the Spanish club in the next transfer window, with Italy his most likely destination.
"Inter are a possible option for Giuseppe. The side being put together by president Massimo Moratti, with a new project and a young well-prepared coach, is intriguing and we'll leave the door open for it," Federico Pastorello told Rai GR Parlamento.
"We've often talked about various solutions in Italy and abroad, and Giuseppe has an undeniable appreciation for the Inter project, a club who want to remain at the top with a younger squad and cheaper costs."
Rossi has previously played for Manchester United.
