Hull City are considering a £6m bid for Sunderland striker Steven Fletcher as Steve Bruce searches for new firepower, a report suggests.
The Black Cats hitman has scored two Premier League goals so far this season, with his last strike coming in the win against Newcastle United in October.
He cost the club around £14m when he signed from Wolverhampton Wanderers in 2012, but Gus Poyet is ready to let him leave the Stadium of Light if he can find a replacement, The Mirror reports.
Hull boss Bruce is also on the hunt for new players and sees Fletcher as the ideal man to play up front on his own.
The Tigers' top scorer is Robbie Brady, who has four goals in all competitions.
