Jay Spearing is given a Bolton Wanderers debut for the trip to Hill City on Saturday afternoon.

Bolton Wanderers manager Owen Coyle has included Jay Spearing in his team to face Hull City at the KC Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

The midfielder joined the club on a season-long loan deal from Liverpool yesterday and will play in midfield alongside Mark Davies and Keith Andrews.

Tom Cairney misses out for the hosts due to a knee injury but Steve Bruce has welcomed back Liam Rosenior and Robert Koren after the duo recovered from their own fitness problems.

Ahmed Elmohamady earns his first start after signing a loan deal from Bruce's old club Sunderland.
