Jurgen Klinsmann: 'Joachim Low won't give up'

Jurgen Klinsmann believes that Joachim Low will not walk away from the German national team following their exit at Euro 2012.

Former Germany coach Jurgen Klinsmann has insisted that current manager Joachim Low will not walk away from the national side.

Low, who took charge of the die Mannschaft since 2006, has come under intense criticism following their recent semi-final defeat to Italy at Euro 2012.

Despite that disappointment, Klinsmann believes that the team has not yet fulfilled its potential under the 52-year-old's guidance.

"Joachim Low does not give up, that I am sure of," he told Stuttgarter Nachrichten. "He made the semi-finals with a team that has so much room to grow. They went out to a very strong Italian side.

"This team hasn't fulfilled their potential yet and they still have a lot of room to develop. They were the youngest team at the tournament and now even more young players are coming into the team."

Klinsmann is currently in charge of the USA national team following a brief spell with Bayern Munich.
