New Fulham head coach Rene Meulensteen has admitted that it will be a "challenge" for him to get the best out of striker Dimitar Berbatov.
The Bulgarian frontman has struggled for form this season, having scored just once in 10 Premier League outings.
However, despite that low goal return, Meulensteen, who worked with Berbatov for four years at Manchester United, has insisted that he is ready to rise to the task of getting the best out of the 32-year-old.
"Everyone knows the talent he brings to the table. It's very clear sometimes the frustrations that goes with it. That's what you get with these sort of players," the Dutchman is quoted as saying by The Mirror.
"They are geniuses in some ways and I always find it a challenge to make sure that we can serve those players in the right way that they can bring out the best in themselves for the best purpose of the team."
Berbatov has found the net on 17 occasions for the West Londoners.
