England will be based in Repino for the 2018 World Cup, FIFA confirms ahead of this summer's tournament in Russia.

England will be based in Repino for the 2018 World Cup in Russia, FIFA has confirmed.

Repinio, which is a 45-minute drive from St Petersburg, will be the team's base for the summer tournament, while the squad will prepare for matches in the village of Zelenogorsk at the Stadium Spartak Zelenogorsk.

FIFA has confirmed the headquarters for all of the participants, although teams that advance through the group stages of the tournament can decide to switch locations for the latter stages of the tournament.

England have been drawn into Group G alongside Belgium, Panama and Tunisia.

The Three Lions, who finished bottom of Group D at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, will open their campaign against Tunisia on June 18.
