Doncaster Rovers have named former Peterborough United boss Darren Ferguson as their new manager.
Donny had been without a permanent manager for over a month since they got rid of Paul Dickov following a slow start to the League One season.
Ferguson, 43, returns to management on a one-year rolling contract eight months after he left Peterborough following a four-year second spell in charge of Posh.

"We have a good set of players here and the aim is to get promotion out of the division," said Ferguson. "Speculation is over and this is a fresh start."
Ferguson also said that he expected Rob Jones, who had been in temporary charge of the Yorkshire outfit, to remain at the club and become Under-21s manager.
Donny are just outside the bottom three on goal difference after 12 games of the 2015-16 season.
