Derby County chief executive Sam Rush has signed a new long-term contract with the club.
The American, who joined the Rams in 2013 from the Wasserman Media Group, has agreed a deal that will keep him at the iPro Stadium for a further five years.
"Prior to joining Derby County at the start of 2013, I had spent all of my life living in London but I now regard Derbyshire as my home," BBC Sport quotes Rush as saying.
"I am delighted to have signed a new long-term contract at this magnificent football club. My family are very settled here and we have a huge affinity with the club and local area, while the support of the fans has always been outstanding."
Derby are currently fifth in the Championship after losing one of their opening 13 games.
