In what could be a thriller between two of the most in-form teams in English football, Portsmouth's class and higher-level experience may just get them over the line.
Chesterfield have been near-faultless in the National League though, and they will be tricky customers for Mousinho's side, despite being two divisions below their upcoming opponents.

National League strugglers Kidderminster Harriers welcome League One side Fleetwood Town to Aggborough in the first round of the FA Cup on Sunday.
Fleetwood themselves are not enjoying a great time of it this season, occupying a place in the relegation zone, and they will hope cup form can bring them some respite and much-needed confidence.

With both sides struggling in their respective divisions, the two may have their priorities based elsewhere ahead of this clash.
Fleetwood have fielded relatively strong teams in their cup fixtures so far though, and should Johnson do so again, they should get the better of their fifth-tier hosts here.

National League North outfit Slough Town will welcome fourth-tier Grimsby Town to Arbour Park on Sunday for an FA Cup first-round tie.
The hosts progressed through three rounds of qualifying to reach this stage, while their visitors begin their cup campaign in the first round after reaching the quarter-finals in heroic fashion last season.

While Grimsby are lacking any real confidence in League Two and may be rocked by the departure of their popular former manager, the switch to Pearson and Davies could provide the fresh start required, and after last season's run, an FA Cup fixture could be the start of their turnaround.
The Mariners have the quality to put their sixth-tier hosts to the sword and will be keen to start their new era with a victory in dominant fashion.

Charlton vs. Cray Valley (Sunday, 5.30pm)

Charlton Athletic will kick off their FA Cup campaign on Sunday, when they welcome eighth-tier Cray Valley Paper Mills to The Valley.
The visitors have already progressed through five rounds of the competition to reach this stage and will make the short trip to The Valley aiming to continue their run with a historic upset.

Cray Valley Paper Mills travel on a high and with little to lost against third-tier opposition and will certainly look to cause problems for Michael Appleton's side.
While they may be no pushovers given the magnitude of this game for the Millers, even with rotations anticipated Charlton should have more than enough to see their non-league visitors off on home turf and progress to the second round.
