Diego Costa has reportedly completed a medical with Chelsea ahead of a £32m move from Atletico Madrid.
The Brazilian-born forward, who is currently with the Spain squad ahead of the World Cup, has long been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge.
The 25-year-old scored 27 times in La Liga as Atletico won their first Spanish title since 1996 last term, while he also netted eight times in nine Champions League matches as the capital outfit made the final of the European Cup.
According to various reports on Twitter, Costa has today completed a medical and will officially sign a long-term deal with the Premier League outfit before the end of the week.
Chelsea have paid the release clause in the striker's contract.
