Marko Marin has said that he is joining his "dream club" after agreeing to make the move to Chelsea from Werder Bremen.
Chelsea confirmed on Saturday that the Germany international will be moving to Stamford Bridge on a five-year contract in the summer.
The 23-year-old has been linked with a whole host of clubs after impressing at Bremen, with Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur supposedly in line to swoop for the winger. Marin confirmed Spurs' interest, but revealed that he chose Chelsea as they better suit his style.
"Chelsea is my dream club," Marin told Sport-Bild.
"I'm happy that I get the chance to play for them. It is a challenge for me.
"Tottenham Hotspur were also interested, but I opted for Chelsea, because they suit me well."
Marin is not expected to be included in Germany's squad for Euro 2012, having not made an appearance for the national side since November 2010.
