Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has revealed that he has been forced to wait for news on his future at Stamford Bridge by the Premier League club.
The 20-year-old, who is on his second spell at Atletico Madrid on loan, has been linked with a move away from the West London outfit in the summer due to his inability to break into the first team.
"My future is unclear, it's the same as I have said in the past few weeks," The Metro quotes Courtois as saying.
"I was hoping that this week I would find out what will happen, but Chelsea have asked for a bit more time, perhaps because they are going to get a new coach. I don't know what will happen but I will have to wait a little longer before I find out."
Following his loan stints in Spain, Courtois has become a regular starter for the Belgium national team.
