Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois says that he would be more than willing to stay with Atletico Madrid.

Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has revealed that he would be open to the possibility of staying with Atletico Madrid.

The 20-year-old joined the Blues in 2011 from Genk, but was then immediately loaned out to La Liga outfit Atletico.

Having almost completed his second season in the Spanish capital, the Belgium international has admitted that he would not hesitate to extend his time with Los Rojiblancos.

"Everyone knows that I'm very comfortable here," Courtois is quoted as saying by Marca. "It gives me great joy that the fans give me love and I have it for them too. I love the life, people, colleagues I have here. The decision is not only mine but also Chelsea and Atletico. If I can, I want to stay here."

A recent report has suggested that Chelsea would allow Courtois to spend another campaign on loan at the Vicente Calderon.
