AC Milan are reportedly in talks with Chelsea over potential deals for Cesc Fabregas, Gary Cahill and Andreas Christensen.

AC Milan are reportedly in talks with Chelsea over potential deals for Cesc Fabregas, Gary Cahill and Andreas Christensen, who have all been strongly linked with moves away from Stamford Bridge.

Fabregas, who joined Chelsea from Barcelona in the summer of 2014, made 49 appearances in all competitions for the Blues during the 2017-18 campaign.

The central midfielder has only played 48 minutes of Premier League football for Chelsea this term, however, and is expected to leave Stamford Bridge when his contract expires this summer.

Meanwhile, central defenders Cahill and Christensen are both behind Antonio Rudiger and David Luiz in the pecking order at the club, and the pair have also been linked with mid-season departures.

According to Radio Rossonera, Milan director Leonardo has been in direct contact with Chelsea over the trio ahead of the winter transfer window.

The report claims that a January loan move for Fabregas is the Italian club's priority, but Cahill and Christensen are also under serious consideration.

Cahill will also see his contact with Chelsea expire at the end of this season, although Christensen only signed a new four-and-a-half-year deal with the Blues in January.
