The striker was forced to miss his side's midweek win over Tottenham Hotspur at Stamford Bridge due to a suspension.

Jose Mourinho has made just one further change to his team, with John Obi Mikel replacing the banned Nemanja Matic in midfield.

Meanwhile, Newcastle boss Alan Pardew has made five changes after seeing his side draw 1-1 away to Burnley on Tuesday night.

Fabricio Coloccini and Steven Taylor are both recalled in defence for the Magpies, while Moussa Sissoko, Jack Colback and Remy Cabella also return.
