Alan McInally: 'Cesc Fabregas best transfer of the summer'

Alan McInally believes that the capture of Cesc Fabregas by Chelsea is one of the best transfers this summer.

Sky Sports pundit Alan McInally believes that Chelsea's signing of Spain midfielder Cesc Fabregas is one of the best this summer.

The former Scotland international thinks that Jose Mourinho has pulled off the best signing, along with Fabregas's Spanish compatriot Diego Costa.

"I think the signing of Fabregas is an absolute belter signing by Mourinho," McInally told Sky Sports News Radio.

"I do think Chelsea managed to get him is a real coup and obviously Costa coming in as well."

Chelsea signed the former Arsenal maestro from Barcelona in a five-year deal for a reported fee of £27m earlier this summer.
