Branislav Ivanovic: We expect a lot from Willian

Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic says that Willian has a large weight of expectancy on him after the Brazilian opened his account in the 3-1 victory over Norwich City on Sunday.

Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic has revealed that a lot is expected of Willian after the attacker opened his account in the 3-1 victory over Norwich City.

The Brazilian netted his first goal for the Blues in Sunday's win at Carrow Road and the Serbia international believes many more are needed if the former Shakhtar Donetsk ace is to justify the hefty £32m fee paid out for him.

"Willian showed he can improve and he can impress all the guys more, and we expect a lot from him," Ivanovic told Fifa.com

"His goal is very important for him for confidence and for motivation."

Jose Mourinho's men climbed up to third in the Premier League table following the victory.
