Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic reveals that he is excited by the return of manager Jose Mourinho.

Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic has revealed that he is excited about working with new manager Jose Mourinho.

The Portuguese was confirmed as the new boss at Stamford Bridge on Monday after first leaving the club in 2007.

"I know it's going to be hard, but I'm happy and look forward to that," Ivanovic is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News.

"He is the best for what we can expect at Chelsea. Everyone who loves the club is so excited. A lot of fans will be so happy."

Mourinho won two Premier League titles, two League Cups and the FA Cup during his initial three-year spell with Chelsea.
