Real Madrid goalkeeper Iker Casillas has insisted that he holds no grudges against Jose Mourinho following the Portuguese manager's departure to Chelsea.
The self-proclaimed 'Special One' has returned to Stamford Bridge after a three-year stint at the Bernabeu.
There had been suggestions during his time as Real boss that he had fallen out with Casillas, who did not feature in a single match during the final five months of Mourinho's time at the club.
"I don't hold any grudge nor do I feel mistreated by him," BBC Sport quotes Casillas as saying. "He took the decisions which he thought were the best for the club and you need to respect that. I've nothing personal against him.
"Unfortunately we weren't able to achieve our objectives in the Copa del Rey and Champions League in the end, but there's no point going on about that. Mourinho has embarked on a new journey and I wish him the best."
Mourinho, who left Chelsea in 2007 following a dispute with club owner Roman Abramovich, has signed a four-year contract with the Blues.
