Asmir Begovic: 'Chelsea players are behind Jose Mourinho'

Chelsea goalkeeper Asmir Begovic insists that the players are fully behind Jose Mourinho.

Chelsea goalkeeper Asmir Begovic has insisted that the players are fully behind manager Jose Mourinho.

The defending Premier League champions currently sit 17th in the table after making a slow start to the new campaign, taking four points from their opening five games.

Begovic is confident that Mourinho is still the right man for the job at Stamford Bridge.

"You can see what makes Mourinho the best manager in the world. We're behind him," FourFourTwo quotes Begovic as saying.

"The manager has led from the front from the first day. He's as motivated as ever. He's prepared well, but things have not gone our way. We're not going to feel sorry for ourselves."
