Chelsea can go 10 points clear at the top of the table if they beat Louis van Gaal's side at Stamford Bridge.

Loic Remy is a doubt for the match, while Diego Costa is still battling a hamstring injury.

Good afternoon! League leaders Chelsea host Manchester United in the Premier League this weekend, looking to extend their lead at the top of the table to 10 points. Manager Jose Mourinho will be updating us on his team within the next 10 minutes.

Chelsea have won their last three matches in a row, including a narrow 1-0 victory over QPR last weekend. The Blues are unbeaten at Stamford Bridge this season, but will surely be pushed hard by the in-form United.

Chelsea have been reminding their fans on Twitter of some of their past successes against United. Here's another look at Joe Cole's strike in 2006:

Don't forget, we'll be bringing you live coverage of this match tomorrow afternoon, as well as reporting all the team news, post-match reaction, match analysis and loads more, so make sure you're with us again then.

The manager is in the press centre and ready to speak, so let's see what he has to say today...

Mourinho starts with an update on his side's injuries, confirming that Loic Remy is a doubt for tomorrow, while Diego Costa remains sidelined with his hamstring injury. Everyone else is available.

On Costa's injury, Mourinho adds: "Diego is progressing very well. I think he has a chance for next weekend, but our goal is for Diego to play in the last four games."

Focusing on the fixture itself, Mourinho insists his side don't need motivating to face United: "To play against Manchester United is to play against one of biggest clubs in the world. This is the game everybody wants to play in. I'm not worried about motivating the players to be focused on the game because there is no need. It is an easy job. Everyone is excited to play."

Chelsea's Eden Hazard is among those nominated for the PFA Player and Young Player of the Year awards, and the manager says: "Hazard has been so consistent. We want to win the League, not player of the year, but if a player deserves something special from fellow players it means more. If he gets it great, but his objective is to win the Premier League."

Following the news that Jurgen Klopp is leaving Borussia Dortmund, Mourinho tells reporters: "He is a very good coach, but I have no idea if he comes to the Premier League. He is a good friend, if he comes, welcome. He told me he is not coming to Chelsea, he told me personally, so I am calm."

Louis van Gaal revealed that he has some injury concerns a little earlier, but Mourinho doesn't think that will be a big problem for the team: "Their squad is amazing, in numbers and quality. I sat down this week to analyse the opponents and I realise what they have. Van Gaal is a fantastic coach and they are more than ready. I consider him a big friend, but because of jobs, fighting for the same objectives, we are not speaking every week. The deep feeling towards a friend don't change."

Chelsea were revealed to be the most abused club on social media this morning. Mourinho explains why he thinks that is: "I think it is because we are boring, we have been top of the league since day one. That is something people in this country don't like. Everyone would love the Premier League to be like the Championship where four teams are separated by a couple of points. I know that would be the ideal scenario in the Premier League, but we are trying not to allow that to happen."

On the race for the Premier League title, Mourinho says: "The safest option is to win 11 points, which we cannot do in two games but we can do in seven. We will change nothing."

Oscar has been linked with a move away from the club this summer, but Mourinho insists: "He just signed a new contract. He is one of the players with the best contracts, long-term contracts. He is in the best period of his career and we don't want to sell."

Well, that's all from a fairly chatty Mourinho this week. So, make sure you join us again tomorrow to see whether Chelsea can extend their lead at the top of the table. Until then, thank for joining me this afternoon. Goodbye.
