Chelsea have reportedly expressed an interest in signing Enner Valencia from West Ham United during this summer's transfer window.
The Ecuador international joined the Hammers last summer following the World Cup, scoring five goals for the club so far this season.
According to the Daily Mail, Jose Mourinho looked at the striker in January before signing Juan Cuadrado, but the Portuguese manager is still keen to bring in Valencia as a replacement for either 37-year-old Didier Drogba or Loic Remy, who has been plagued with fitness issues since moving to Stamford Bridge.
Valencia has struggled for fitness in recent weeks, picking up a foot injury on his return from another foot issue last weekend.
