Celtic have tabled a bid to sign Nottingham Forest's Dexter Blackstock, according to a report.
Sky Sports News understands that the Scottish Premier League champions have made a verbal offer for the Antigua and Barbuda international.
Blackstock, who scored 14 goals during the last campaign, is entering the last year of his contract at the City Ground.
Celtic boss Neil Lennon sees the forward as the perfect candidate to bolster his attack as he bids to steer the Glasgow giants into the Champions League group stages for the fist time in four seasons.
Blackstock has two caps for Antigua and Barbuda, for whom he is eligible to represent through his grandfather.
