Celtic manager Ronny Deila has described skipper Scott Brown as a "big influence" in his side's title-winning success this season.
The Bhoys, who were crowned Scottish Premiership champions last weekend, maintained their impressive record over Aberdeen this season by claiming a 1-0 victory earlier today.
Brown's goal shortly after the restart proved to be the difference at Pittodrie, and Deila was quick to praise his match-winning captain.
"He's a class player and one you love to have your own team," he told the club's official website. "He's been absolutely brilliant throughout the season, a big influence in us winning the league. He has made a big impact.
"He's a fair player and always goes tough in the challenge but he is fair. He loves winning and is so good with his teammates. He's vital for us and I'm very pleased with him and the team today. We are now 14 points ahead, a big achievement."
Celtic have now won each of their last five league games.
