Everton and Leicester City have emerged as the prime candidates to sign Besiktas defender Dusko Tosic, according to a report.
The 33-year-old, whose senior career began in 2002, counts Werder Bremen, Portsmouth and Red Star Belgrade among his former clubs.
Tosic has also been involved in 21 internationals for Serbia since making his debut in 2006, but is now on the fringes of the national squad.
According to Turkish outlet Haberturk, Besiktas president Fikret Orman has travelled to England and will hold talks with Everton and City over the defender.
Celtic, Stoke City, Tottenham Hotspur and Crystal Palace have also been linked with Tosic.
