Super-agent Mino Raiola is blocking Ajax defender Matthijs de Ligt's transfer to Barcelona, according to a report.
Barca are believed to be keen to add the Netherlands international to their ranks in the summer, having already agreed a deal to sign fellow Ajax ace Frenkie de Jong.
De Ligt wants the move to go through and El Mundo Deportivo suggests that Barca are prepared to meet the Dutch side's £66m valuation.
However, the situation now appears unclear as Raiola is allegedly demanding a £9m commission fee from Barcelona, which the Spanish champions are not willing to accept.
Jean-Clair Todibo joined Barcelona from Toulouse in January and Jeison Murillo was also recently signed on loan, but Barca are looking to add to their central-defensive options.
