Forward Ross McCormack has claimed that he has not given any thought to returning to Aston Villa at the end of his loan spell with Melbourne City.
McCormack is currently at the A-League club after a hugely disappointing period in the West Midlands, with the Scot having dropped down the pecking order under Steve Bruce.
However, the attacker has revealed that he 'feels part of a team' in Australia after scoring once in his opening three fixtures for the club.
The 31-year-old told A-League: "I'm not thinking about going back to Aston Villa just yet. It's no secret that it's not worked out there, we'll see if there's anything that can be done – if I can stay here or go somewhere else on loan to play some more games.
"It's good to come in every day and train and feel a part of the group with a chance of playing. For the last year there's not really been a chance."
During his time at Villa, McCormack netted just three times in 24 appearances in all competitions.
