Bayer Leverkusen goalkeeper Bernd Leno has reportedly emerged as a potential transfer target for Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Since earning promotion to the Premier League, Wolves have been linked with a number of high-profile stoppers, including Jack Butland, Rui Patricio and Joe Hart.
However, according to German outlet Fussball Transfers, the West Midlands outlet have also opened talks with German international Leno regarding a possible move this summer.
Leno is expected to leave Leverkusen and take on a new challenge ahead of next season, and Arsenal have previously been linked with an approach for the 26-year-old.
Leverkusen will likely demand that Leno's release clause - allegedly set in the region of £20m - is met, however, while the number one still has just over two years remaining on his contract.
Leno has made a total of 292 appearances for the German outfit in all competitions.
