Valencia president Manuel Llorente is adamant that Juan Mata will not leave the club this summer.
Manchester City, Arsenal, Liverpool and Inter Milan have all been credited with an interest in the World Cup winner this summer.
The 23-year-old has claimed that he is happy at the Mestalla despite constant speculation over his future in Spain.
"The decision is clear and money will not change our position," Llorente told Superdeporte.
"Valencia will not sell to any club that wants to buy Mata."
The attacking midfielder joined Valencia in 2007 from the Real Madrid academy.
