Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti: 'Alvaro Morata going nowhere'

Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti insists that Arsenal target Alvaro Morata is staying put.

Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has insisted that Alvaro Morata will not be leaving the club.

The young striker has been strongly linked with a loan move to Arsenal, but the Italian is determined to keep him at the Santiago Bernabeu.

"We have not changed our idea at all," the Daily Mail quotes Ancelotti as saying. "Morata stays here and he has not told us that he wants to leave."

Earlier reports had suggested that Morata was open to the prospect of joining another club on loan to gain first-team experience, with Real said to be willing to listen to offers.

Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has revealed plans to boost his attacking options following Theo Walcott's recent injury blow.
