Arbroath extended their lead at the top of Scottish League Two to five points after beating Elgin City at home.
The hosts took the lead through Simon Murray on the 75th minute to confirm all three points.
Albion Rovers fell to defeat against East Stirlingshire despite taking the lead through Alan Reid in the 11th minute. David McKenna equalised nine minutes later before Billy Vidler put the visitors ahead seven minutes before the break.
Albion goalscorer Reid was sent off with a straight red moments before half time, making it even more difficult for the home side.
East Fife hammered Montrose 4-0 after goals from Fraser Mullen, Ross Brown, Jon McShane and Kevin Smith sealed the win. The hosts' day got worse in the 71st minute when Leighton McIntosh was sent off for serious foul play.
Queen's Park recorded a home win against Berwick with goals from Bryan Wharton and Sean Burns in the first half.
Clyde shared the spoils at home to Annan Athletic despite taking the lead through Euan Smith's 39th-minute strike. Peter Weatherspoon equalised with a penalty in the 52nd minute to earn a point for the away side.
