Jonathan Marray has become the first man to reach the Wimbledon doubles semi-finals in 35 years after reaching the last four this evening.
Marray and his partner Frederik Nielsen came through in over four hours 7-6 7-6 6-7 2-6 6-2 against James Cerretani and Edouard Roger-Vasselin on No. 3 Court.
Sheffield-based Marray had never been past the third round in his previous 10 attempts in the doubles but becomes the first British man in the last four since Mark Cox in 1977.
