Wolverhampton Wanderers have reportedly received interest in forward Sasa Kalajdzic from AC Milan.
Last year, the Premier League club paid Stuttgart a fee in the region of £15m to sign the Austria international, with the hope being that he would deliver the goals that the team had been lacking.
However, 45 minutes into his debut, Kalajdzic suffered a serious knee injury, spending the rest of the season on the sidelines with emphasis placed on returning during pre-season.
After a number of weeks of training which have been monitored, Kaladjzic has made an impact during the opening weeks of this campaign, scoring the winner as a late substitute against Everton at the weekend.
The 26-year-old followed that header with a goal against Blackpool in the EFL Cup three days later, giving further encouragement over his potential providing that he can stay fit.

Head coach Gary O'Neil is still looking to add to Wolves' attacking ranks, reports indicating that Southampton's Che Adams could be on his way to Molineux.
Nevertheless, according to Tuttomercatoweb, such was Kalajdzic's impact last month that Milan have expressed an interest over the past few days.
Last season's Champions League runners-up had been hoping to sign Porto's Mehdi Taremi, but talks for the Iran international are said to have collapsed.
Despite making contact with Wolves over Kalajdzic, it is claimed that Wolves have rejected their approach, saying that he is not for sale.
While there is no indication of Kalajdzic's opinion on any interest, the player is settled in the West Midlands and has recently turned down a return to the international scene in an effort not to rush his comeback.
Kalajdzic has a contract with Wolves until the end of the 2026-27 season.
