Tottenham winger Gareth Bale recovers from a hamstring injury in time for Saturday's Premier League match with Stoke.

Tottenham Hotspur winger Gareth Bale has been passed fit for Saturday's Premier League encounter with Stoke City following a hamstring injury.

The Welsh international, who has scored seven goals in all competitions this season, has missed Spurs' last three matches with the problem.

"It's good news," said manager Andre Villas-Boas. "He's made a tremendous recovery. He's worked extremely hard."

Tottenham welcome Stoke to White Hart Lane on Saturday.
