Pablo Osvaldo keen on Inter Milan stay

Southampton striker Pablo Osvaldo reveals that he wants to remain at loan side Inter Milan instead of returning to the Premier League.

Southampton striker Pablo Osvaldo has insisted that he wants to remain at loan club Inter Milan for longer than a season.

The Italy international made the temporary move to mainland Europe in the summer, having struggled to fit into the current Southampton setup despite an encouraging start to his time at St Mary's.

"The club is important and there is also an important project," Osvaldo told Sky Sport Italia.

"My wish is to remain here. It is a united group. I'd like to stay in the same team for more than two years."

Inter currently occupy fifth spot in the Serie A table on eight points from five games.
