Arsenal forward Robin van Persie reportedly decides that his futures lies with either Manchester City or Manchester United after viewing homes in the local area.

Arsenal forward Robin van Persie has reportedly been spotted house-hunting in Cheshire.

The 28-year-old Dutch international has 12 months remaining on his current contract at the Emirates Stadium and recently revealed that he does not intend to sign an extension with the club.

Van Persie was seen viewing potential new homes in the village of Hale, near Altrincham, earlier this week and he now has his heart set on a move to either Manchester City or Manchester United, according to the Daily Star.

Van Persie scored in both Premier League fixtures against United last season.
