Real Madrid will allow Gareth Bale pick his next club as he prepares to leave the Bernabeu, according to a report.

Real Madrid will reportedly let Gareth Bale pick his next club amid suggestions that the Wales international will leave the Bernabeu in this summer's transfer window.

Bale's contract in Madrid will run until the summer of 2022, but his future with the European champions is far from certain having struggled to impress during the 2018-19 campaign.

Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur and Bayern Munich are believed to be the three clubs interested in signing the 29-year-old this summer.

According to AS, Bale, who has only scored eight La Liga goals this term, will be allowed to choose his next club, providing that the offers that arrive 'are more or less the same'.

The attacker's agent, Jonathan Barnett, has again recently played down suggestions that his client could leave Madrid this summer.

However, it is understood that Los Blancos are keen to sell, with head coach Zinedine Zidane 'not counting' on the attacker next season.
