Nigel Pearson believes that Leicester City need to win all four of their remaining Championship games to secure a playoff spot.

Leicester City manager Nigel Pearson has admitted that his side would have to win their remaining four Championship games this season to secure a playoff spot.

The Foxes are now seventh in the league table with 61 points from 42 matches following their 2-2 draw with Birmingham City at home on Friday.

"We probably have to win all four of our remaining matches now," Sky Sports News quotes him as saying. "It's do-able. We've got to win the next game, but then we've been saying that for a while now.

"We've created enough chances to win this game comfortably and really we should have won the game. After Brighton at the weekend, that's two games running now that we've conceded equalising goals late in the game and had to settle for a draw.

"It's difficult to swallow. The mistakes that we are making at the moment are costing us dearly."

Leicester will take on Bolton Wanderers on Tuesday before facing Crystal Palace, Watford and Nottingham Forest.
