Patrick Kluivert, Avram Grant included on Ghana shortlist

Patrick Kluivert and Avram Grant are both on the shortlist to become Ghana's new head coach.

Patrick Kluivert and Avram Grant have been confirmed as possible candidates to become Ghana's new head coach.

Ghana are searching for a replacement for Kwesi Appiah, who left following a disappointing World Cup campaign in Brazil.

Kluivert is looking for his first job as a manager after assisting former Netherlands manager Louis van Gaal, while ex-Chelsea boss Grant has experience on the international stage with Israel.

Michel Pont, Juan Ignacio Jimenez and Marco Tardelli are also set to be interviewed by the Ghana Football Association.

Ricardo Gareca and former Real Madrid Bernd Schuster have been included on the GFA's standby list.
