Paris Saint-Germain unwilling to sell David Luiz back to Chelsea?

Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly unwilling to sell David Luiz back to Chelsea, despite the defender not being first choice under head coach Unai Emery.

Paris Saint-Germain will reportedly rebuff Chelsea's attempts to re-sign defender David Luiz.

The Premier League club, who sold Luiz to PSG for a record-breaking £50m fee two years ago, are believed to have made a surprise £32m bid for the Brazilian.

Luiz is reported to be open to a return to Stamford Bridge to play under Antonio Conte after dropping down the pecking order under new head coach Unai Emery at Parc des Princes.

However, L'Equipe reports that the Ligue 1 giants are not prepared to let the defender go this late in the transfer window, and despite the 29-year-old not being first choice, the club want him in the ranks for their Champions League campaign.

The French newspaper adds that Luiz will not push for a transfer if the club decide to keep hold of him.
