Chelsea captain John Terry claims that the club must qualify for next season's Champions League.

Chelsea captain John Terry has claimed that the club needs Champions League football next season.

The Blues, who are still in the FA Cup and the Europa League, are currently two points ahead of fifth-placed Arsenal in the Premier League table with eight games left to play.

"We must win and keep winning games in the league and really push," Terry is quoted as saying by Goal.com. "Because that is what this club feeds off - the Champions League. We must be involved in that."

Chelsea return to league action on Sunday when they host struggling Sunderland at Stamford Bridge.
