Ben Reeves, Simon Church score as MK Dons defeat Blackburn Rovers.

Two goals from Been Reeves and one from Simon Church helped MK Dons beat Blackburn Rovers, who had Adam Henley sent off.

Two goals from Ben Reeves helped MK Dons see off 10-man Blackburn Rovers 3-0 in the Championship.

Reeves converted a penalty after 10 minutes when Adam Henley was deemed to have pulled down Josh Murphy in the box, with the right-back receiving a red card in the process.

Simon Church then doubled Dons' lead after the break after he headed in a Murphy cross.

Rovers striker Jordan Rhodes saw a header from just a couple of yards out saved at point-blank range by David Martin, before Reeves eventually added his second of the afternoon following some one-touch football with Carl Baker and Jake Forster-Caskey.

The win sees Dons move up to 16th in the league, one place below Rovers.
