Arsenal team news: Injury, suspension list vs. West Ham United

Sports Mole rounds up Arsenal's latest injury and suspension news ahead of Saturday's Premier League clash with West Ham United at the Emirates Stadium.

Arsenal host their first home game of the 2020-21 Premier League season on Saturday when West Ham United visit the Emirates Stadium.

The match is a second successive London derby to begin the new campaign for the Gunners, who got off to a flying start by beating Fulham 3-0 at Craven Cottage on the opening day.

Mikel Arteta's debutants shone while Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang got on the scoresheet in just about a perfect opener for Arsenal.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up all of their latest injury and suspension news ahead of Saturday's contest against the Hammers.

Possible return date: September 19 (vs. West Ham)

The only hint of a downside to Arsenal's win at Fulham was an ankle injury picked up by Granit Xhaka. However, the midfielder was not withdrawn immediately and is expected to be available for this match.

Saturday's match will come too soon for Pablo Mari, but the Spaniard is not too far away from returning to training following an ankle problem and could be back available by the end of this month.
