Lleyton Hewitt has said that he is feeling fresh mentally after reaching the semi-finals of the Aegon Championships at Queen's Club.
The four-time champion beat Argentina's Juan Martin del Potro in three sets earlier today in his first last-eight appearance this year.
The former world number one told BBC Sport: "I'm still hanging in there. The last four to five years have been tough with surgeries.
"Mentally I feel fresh, I'm enjoying competing with the best players in the world. I played really well, I've got better with each match this week."
The Australian will face defending Queen's champion Marin Cilic in the last four tomorrow.
