A string of second-half penalties helped Australia edge to a 33-28 win over Wales in the Autumn Internationals at the Millennium Stadium this afternoon.

Rhys Webb made the most of a slow start by the visitors to score an early try for Wales, but Israel Folau quickly hit back, crossing the line twice to put the Wallabies ahead.
Alex Cuthbert dived for the line to draw the home side level again, while further efforts from Alun-Wyn Jones and Tevita Kuridrani ensured that the sides remained level at the break.
Both sides were was defensive at the start of the second half, leading to few try-scoring opportunities shortly after the break, but Bernard Foley kicked two penalties to put the visitors ahead.
The home side edged back in front with 15 minutes to play when an error in the scrum by Australia gave Wales a penalty try, but Foley made a drop goal shortly after to restore the visitors' lead before kicking a penalty late on to clinch the victory.
