Earls missed Ireland's 23-21 loss to Wales on Sunday due to family reasons.
Stephen Ferris stays at blindside flanker after being cleared by a disciplinary hearing of a dangerous tackle on Wales's Ian Evans.
Ireland have not won in Paris since 1972.
