Danny Care will not face any disciplinary action from Harlequins for his third alcohol related arrest in as many months.

Harlequins have vowed to stand by Danny Care following his latest alcohol-related arrest.

The England international was cautioned by police after being caught urinating outside the Queens Hotel in Leeds during the early hours of Sunday morning.

It is Care's third arrest in as many months but his club have insisted that they have no intention of releasing the 25-year-old from his contract.

"The situation Danny finds himself in is unfortunate and is one that could and should have been avoided," said director of rugby Conor O'Shea.

"We have no intention of doing anything other than supporting Danny and continuing to work with him so he understands his position and the decisions he makes."

Care joined Quins in 2006 from Leeds Tykes.
