England head coach Eddie Jones has named an unchanged starting XV to face Wales in the Six Nations at Twickenham on Saturday.
As a result, there is no place in the side for Manu Tuilagi, although the 24-year-old has been included in the matchday squad.
The centre has not played for his country since the summer of 2014 because of injuries and disciplinary reasons.
"Manu Tuilagi's selection to the matchday squad is based more on potential than his recent performances in the Premiership. He has trained well this week and I am pleased with what I've seen," said Jones.
Three other players have also come into the squad as Kieran Brookes, Luke Cowan-Dickie and Joe Launchbury are all included.
England starting lineup: Mike Brown, Anthony Watson, Jonathan Joseph, Owen Farrell, Jack Nowell, George Ford, Ben Youngs; Joe Marler, Dylan Hartley, Dan Cole, Maro Itoje, George Kruis, Chris Robshaw, James Haskell, Billy Vunipola
Replacements: Luke Cowan-Dickie, Mako Vunipola, Kieran Brookes, Joe Launchbury, Jack Clifford, Danny Care, Manu Tuilagi, Elliot Daly
